    I bought a scanner autel al519. I connected it to the DLC, but could not turn it on. Light white screen and nothing else. The manual is written: 5) Turn on the scan tool. How to do it? Also, I have not found a number of the instrument and tool kit for print data to my PC.

    yes, ayla85 is right. besides, the print function have to use our Maxilink software.
